Over the last 25 years Kathleen has studied under many nationally and internationally known artists through numerous workshops throughout the country. She lists Maxine Masterfield and Virginia Cobb as two of her most influential mentors. Watercolor dyes and collage are her favorite media. The dyes are poured onto paper and produce interesting arrays and brilliant colors. Recent exhibits of her work include the Wabash Valley Watercolor Show, The Religious Arts festival, The Frankfort Library Show, Penrod Art Fair, The Illinois St. Emporium, The Munce Art Fair, the Framed Wright Gallery in Thorntown, and the Eagle Creek Coffee Company in Zionsville. Kathleen exhibits and is an active member of CCA Gallery in Zionsville. You can see many of her works and that of more than 25 other artists at the CCA Gallery in Zionsville. Memberships include The Hoosier Art Salon, Wabash Valley Watercolor Society, The International Society of Experimental Artists, The Calligraphy Guild Of Indiana and Central Indiana Artists.
